The iPod shuffle is a great option if you don’t care about viewing videos and pictures, or some of the other functions on the other types of iPods. There are three generations of iPod shuffle. The first generation is a white stick shape, and just has the basic shuffle function. The second generation iPod shuffle is much smaller, and it is a more square shape. This iPod is available an many funky colours including lime green and pink. It also has a clip attached to it to clip onto your shirt, making it a great workout mp3 player.
The latest iPod shuffle is the third generation. If you thought that the second genertion was small, wait til you see this one! It is half the size! It comes in 4GB storage, meaning that it will store 1,000 songs. This is the first iPod to have the VoiceOver function. All you have to do is press one button, and VoiceOver will tell you what song is playing and the artist. This is helpful because the shuffle does not have a screen on it. The third generation iPod shuffle is also a great workout ipod because you do not have to ever look at it to know what song is playing, and it also has a clip on it.
