  MECP ships across Canada.

  All orders are shipped with a tracking number once dispatched by the applicable carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $200. Freight shipments are arranged in advance with the customer. During sale periods, promotions, high-volume periods, special-order processing, or supply-chain delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal. Returns Due to the nature of health, medical, pharmaceutical, sterile, and/or regulated products, MECP does not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is for items that arrive damaged. Damaged-on-arrival claims must be reported promptly after delivery and may require photos, packaging details, and order information for review. Items that are on-demand, non-stock, or special-order products are ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Product warranties, where applicable, are handled directly by the manufacturer according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
