HOW IT WORKS
Sample Collection
Carefully insert the swab into the nostril and swab over the surface of the posterior nasopharynx.
Sample Preparation
Add 8 drops of extraction buffer into the extraction tube. Leave the swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute. Squeeze the tube while removing the swab, to get as much into the tube as possible.
Testing
Add 2-3 drops of test specimen from the extraction tube on the test card and read the results at 15-20 minutes.
