  All orders are shipped with a tracking number once dispatched by the applicable carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $200. Freight shipments are arranged in advance with the customer. During sale periods, promotions, high-volume periods, special-order processing, or supply-chain delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal. Returns Due to the nature of health, medical, pharmaceutical, sterile, and/or regulated products, MECP does not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is for items that arrive damaged. Damaged-on-arrival claims must be reported promptly after delivery and may require photos, packaging details, and order information for review. Items that are on-demand, non-stock, or special-order products are ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
